returning shoes on a Gift Card?
ok…here is my situation.
i kept on exchanging shoes at journey’s, and on my current receipt, it doesn’t state what kind of payment i used, even though i used american express (i believe) gift card.
if i use a different gift card to return my shoes, will it go through? :S
It doesn’t hurt to try. I’m sure you’re not the only one that has ever been in this situation.
Usually, their return policy is stated that without the receipt they will put it on store credit.
Normally, they would credit it to the same credit card.
If you still have the gift card, they may return it to that.
You can always play the chick card and say you just don’t know. If it’s a small amount, they can usually refund you cash.
